If there are issues with your order, the discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of your order. If the discrepancy is not reported within the allotted timeframe, Timeless Backdrops will not be liable. If the mistake in the order was deemed to be the fault of Timeless Backdrops the signage will be reprinted and shipped at our expense.
Issues that are not covered:
- Image quality greatly depends on the type of file that is sent. If the file is a raster (pixel based) image, increasing the DPI would not improve the quality. The only thing that it will do is decrease the quality. When you increase the resolution, your image editing software does calculations and fills in the space based on those calculations. Since the calculations are not 100%, the quality of the artwork decreases.
There are three options to remedy this issue: The Customer Must
a) Find new artwork (scalable vector format if possible) or
b) Remake the current artwork (in a higher resolution original format)
c) Print as is.
A close up proof of your artwork will be sent, if it is deemed low-resolution. Please note that the artwork can still be print as is, but has to be approved by the Buyer. If the order is time sensitive, please notify your assigned representative to print as is. Stickers Banners will not be held liable for any delays or expedited shipping costs if we are not notified to print as is.
Typographical / Spelling / Grammar Errors:
- Timeless Backdrops is not liable for any typographical, spelling, grammar errors, etc. Please ensure all wording is proofed and corrected if necessary. All proofs are final. If an order is placed through the store website, the Buyer will receive a proof through the email provided at checkout. The artwork will be checked for pixelation and the Buyer will be notified if there are any issues with the artwork. All proofs are final.
Cancellation of Print Orders
If an order needs to be cancelled, please send an email at email@example.com at the earliest possible time. A written request is required for cancellations and cancellation request cannot be made over the phone. We accept returned items for “same design” exchanges only. No cash refunds. Buyer must notify us within 3 days of receiving shipment. Once we have received the item back and have deemed the item to be in the original condition as we sent the item, All exchanges have a 2 weeks mandatory time frame if the replacement is not in stock. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns.
5 day handling time, shipped 1-4 days USPS Priority mail. If Timeless Backdrops LLC agrees to give a refund a 20% restock fee will be charged to the customer. We accept all major credit cards and pay pal. No refunds on custom made backdrops. No exchanges after final purchase unless damaged. All product damages must be reported within 24 hours. All buyers must pay for return shipping costs.
